Services

The Office of Accessibility Support Services are based upon the individual needs of the student.

Services may include:

a physically accessible environment
counseling services
note taking assistance
extended test time
proctored exams
reader/scribe
assistance with advising and career counseling

AS may provide referrals to outside community partners for services such as medical needs or counseling. In addition, AS works closely with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in our 5-county service area. The Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation goal is to help adults with disabilities to be independent and productive citizens.
