KCTCS and the BSCTC Board of Directors seek a visionary leader with the ability to further build on the success BSCTC has recently had in enrollment and financial stability. The ideal leader will have served rural communities and have the ability to understand the challenges and opportunities within the region. The President of Big Sandy will be a transformational leader and relationship builder who exudes confidence and transparency with an engaging and friendly leadership style.
The College President reports directly to the KCTCS President and works closely with the BSCTC Board of Directors and Foundation Board. The Board of Directors and Foundation Board are comprised of local community leaders with an interest in seeing BSCTC further serve the region. The President is responsible for all aspects of the College's operation throughout the service area and represents the college at the local and state levels.
