SGA Elections 2010 - 2011

The Student Activities Department of BSCTC seeks students interested
in serving on the 2010-2011 Student Government Association Council.

We will be accepting application for the following SGA positions:

President:

  • All candidates must have completed one semester at BSCTC and be currently enrolled as a full-time student
  • Candidates must have completed 12 credit hours at BSCTC
  • Candidate must be a full-time student if elected to serve as President
  • Candidate must be in good academic standing
  • A grade point average of 3.0 is required in order to apply to participate in the election for the position of President

Vice President:

  • Candidates must have completed one semester at BSCTC in at least half-time enrollment
  • Candidate must be a full-time student if elected to serve as Vice President
  • Candidate must be in good academic standing
  • A grade point average of 3.0 is required in order to apply to participate in the election for the position of Vice President

Sophomore Senator:

  • Candidates must have completed one semester at BSCTC in at least half-time enrollment
  • Candidate must be in good academic standing
  • A grade point average of 2.0 is required in order to apply to participate in the election for the position of Sophomore Senator

Freshman Representative:

  • Candidates must have completed one semester at BSCTC in at least half-time enrollment
  • Candidates must be in good academic standing
  • A grade point average of 2.0 is required in order to apply to participate in the election for the position of Freshman Representative

Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, March 15, 2010 through Friday, March 19, 2010. The elections will begin on Monday, March 29, 2010 through Friday, April 1, 2010.
