    Important Graduation Information

    Dear Graduate,

    Here at Big Sandy Community and Technical College, we are excited about your educational accomplishments! We wish to celebrate with you at the Spring 2015 Commencement Ceremony. In an effort to develop the graduation program, we are requesting that you RSVP to this email by indicating (YES) you will participate or (NO) you will not participate in the Spring 2015 commencement program.

    You should have received an email message in your KCTCS email account, accessible here.

    IN THE TOOLBAR AT THE TOP ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF YOUR SCREEN, YOU WILL SEE A VOTING ICON BUTTON THAT HAS A GREEN CHECK MARK FOR YES AND A RED X FOR NO. CLICK ON THE DOWN ARROW TO SELECT YES OR NO THAT YOU WILL OR WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE SPRING 2015 COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY ON MAY 8 OR MAY 9, 2015. *PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL*

    The Graduation ceremony will be held either May 8 or 9, 2015, depending on the number of students that respond YES and the program from which He/She will graduate. Due to the fast approaching date we are requesting that you cast your YES or NO vote no later than Friday, April 3, 2015, at 4:00pm. If we do not receive your response by then we will assume that you do not desire to take part in the spring commencement exercise.
