GRIMES, ARNETT KEYNOTE SPEAKERS AT BSCTC COMMENCEMENT CEREMONIES

Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes and Jared Arnett, executive director of Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) served as keynote speakers for Big Sandy Community and Technical Colleges (BSCTC) commencement ceremonies on May 6-7 at the Mountain Arts Center.
