Gifts needed for Christmas in the Park

The Prestonsburg Womans Club will be hosting our annual Christmas in the Park celebration again this year on December 11th at Archer Park from 6pm to 8pm. Because we typically serve between 300 and 400 children and their family members at our party, we are in need of some donated gifts for these children.

Specifically, the age categories of gifts we need include infantsages 0 to 2, boysages 3 to 5, and girlsages 3 to 5. Examples of toys for donations would include non-choking hazard stuffed animals or stacking blocks for infants, self-propelled or friction propelled cars or trucks for boys, and large baby dolls for girls.

Each gift must be unwrapped, new, and in the $10 range. Any donated toys will be very much appreciated and will be put to good use by their new owners! Please drop off any donated toys to Judy Howell in the Prestonsburg Library, Carol Talbert in the Mayo Library, and Patty Hunter-Kidd in the Pikeville Library.
