    Dr. ChrestmanDr. Jay Box, president-elect of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), introduced Dr. Charles V. Chrestman as interim president/CEO of Big Sandy Community and Technical College during a forum with faculty and staff on Monday, January 12, on the Prestonsburg campus.
