BSCTC TO HOST STUDENT ART EXHIBITION AND RECEPTION

Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) will host a student art exhibition at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 23 in the Dr. Michael B. and Carolyn S. McCall Art Gallery on its Prestonsburg campus.

Students in various painting and drawing classes will have their work on display. Associate Professor Tim Smith said the exhibition gives students the opportunity to showcase their work with the college and the community.

Our students come from all walks of life, and their art reflects their journey, said Smith. The exhibition allows us to reflect on our journey in class, and share their passion with the community.
