    BSCTC TO HOST RECEPTION, BOOK SIGNING FOR WEDDLE, PARSONS

    Laura Weddle and Marie Parsons are shown with their books Better Than My Own Life and The Devils Back. The two authors will be part of a book signing and reception on Wednesday, March 25, at 12:30 p.m. in the Melissa M. Forsyth Library on the Prestonsburg campus of Big Sandy Community and Technical College. Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) will host a book signing and reception for two local authors at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 25 in the Melissa M. Forsyth Library on the Prestonsburg campus of BSCTC.

    Marie Parsons and Laura Weddle are both retired college professors from BSCTC. Parsons turned a collection of short stories into her book The Devils Back. Weddles latest book is Better Than My Own Life. Parsons and Weddle collaborate and support each others writings. They also prove that life doesnt end at retirement.

    The book signing and reception is free and open to the public. Copies of the book can be purchased in the Barnes and Noble bookstore in the Johnson Building on the Prestonsburg campus of BSCTC.
