BIG SANDY STARS TALENT SHOWCASE SET FOR APRIL 11
Big Sandy Community and Technical College will host its seventh-annual Big Sandy Stars
Talent Showcase this at 7 p.m., Friday, April 11, in Gearheart Auditorium on its Prestonsburg
campus. The talent show will feature BSCTC faculty, staff, and students.
Seventeen acts will perform a variety of talents: from singing, to sign-language arts,
to dancing and magic. These acts include the following students, faculty, and staff:
Tyler Bentley, Sydney Smith, Zack Wright, Laci Roberts, Zack Logsdon, Laura Ford Hall,
Jeremy Dempsey, Amanda Sizemore, Eric Sparks, Virginia Jones, Jessica Haiduk (Ziggy
Starshine), Deb Ramey, Summer Pugh, Abigail Stanley, Adrian Hedstrom, Bonita Dove,
Helen Faith, Mitchell Taylor, Dustin Maynard and Clayton Case.
The public is welcome to attend the showcase. The show will be emceed by Laura Ford
Hall, Clayton Case and Mitchell Taylor. Tickets are $5 and all tickets are available
at the door.
I am looking forward to performing, said performer Sydney Smith. The talent show gives
students, faculty, and staff a great opportunity to use their gifts. I am excited
about the event and encourage everyone to come to see what our college has to offer.
