January

  • 3,4 -Registration & Drop/Add (Office Hours:  8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
  • 5 -Additional Drop/Add (Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
       - Subject to cancellation for non-payment - Last day to pay registration fees in person, or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration of have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, (Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
  • 7 -Last day to pay registration fees in online
  • 8 -First Day of Classes
  • 12 -Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money
    - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade
    - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit
  • 15 -Martin Luther King Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)

February

  • 6 -Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund
  • 19 -President’s Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)

March

  • 1 -Midterm
    - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit
    - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student’s Discretion and Receive a Grade of “W”
  • 2-10 -Spring Break (Academic Holiday)
  • 29 - Good Friday (College Closed 1/2 Day – Academic and Administrative Holiday)

April

  • 1 - Deadline to apply for May 2024 Graduation (Applications may be picked up returned to any Admission Office at the following locations: Mayo, Pikeville, and Prestonsburg Campus
  • 26 – Last day of classes - Last Day to Withdraw at the Instructor’s discretion and Receive a Grade of “W.” (Student can withdraw from an on-line course up until 11:59 p.m with instructor’s consent)
  • 29 – May 3 Finals Week

May

  • April 29 – May 3 Finals Week
  • 11 -Graduation
