August

• 9 - Subject to cancellation for non-payment - Last day to pay registration fees or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration 
• 19 -First Day of Classes
• 22-Last day to enter an organized class with Instructor’s consent
• 23 -Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund 
      - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade
      - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit                                 

September

• 2 - Labor Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)
• 17 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund

October

• 7 - Registration opens for Spring 2025 term
• 11 - Midterm
       - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit
       - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student’s Discretion and Receive a Grade of “W”
• 12-20 - Fall Break (Academic Holiday)

November

• 1 - Deadline to apply for a Fall 2024 credential
• 5 - Election Day (College Closed – Academic and Administrative Holiday)
• 28-29 - Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed – Academic and Administrative Holiday) 

December

• 6 – Last day of classes - Last Day to Withdraw at the Instructor’s discretion and Receive a Grade of “W.” (Students can withdraw from an on-line course up until 11:59 p.m. with instructor’s consent)
• 9-15 - Finals Week
• 17 - All grades must be entered including reporting of last date of attendance for E-grades.
• 18 – End of term processing completed by KCTCS
