Justin has worked in the IT field for over 20 years.
The last 16 years have been in Healthcare IT.
He has a Master of Science in Information
Technology from Morehead State University.
Justin is from Magoffin County, Kentucky
and now lives in Johnson County, Kentucky with his family.
Justin has a deep passion for serving the
rural communities of Eastern Kentucky.

Denise is the Chief Information Officer for Floyd
County Schools. She is in her 23rd year of
education with a background in Middle School
Social Studies and L. Arts teaching. She also served as Assistant
Principal at South Floyd and Principal at
Osborne and South Floyd Elementary.
Denise has a passion for Eastern Kentucky
children and is determined to see them get
a twenty-first century, world class education.
She helped to establish the Floyd County School
of Innovation to give students an equal opportunity
to STEAM pathways.

Chad is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in
healthcare and technology.  His career focused in
radiology/cardiology technology and PACS administration
initially, moving into Program Management/Senior leadership
as the Chief Technology Officer for eight years. He currently serves as
Assistant VP of Information Systems at Pikeville Medical
Center. He successfully creates strategic alliances with
organization leaders to align and support key business
initiatives. Chad builds and retains high performance teams
by hiring, developing and motivating skilled professionals
with a drive to manage costs, establish strategic, mutually
beneficial partnerships and relationships with users,
vendors and service providers.
