The Bert T. Combs Exhibit celebrates the life and legacy of Kentucky Governor Bert T. Combs, whose vision helped shape Big Sandy Community and Technical College. The exhibit is slated to open Spring 2027 in the BSCTC Art Gallery on Prestonsburg’s campus, the exhibit will feature historical mementos, photographs, and stories highlighting Combs’ impact on education and public service across Kentucky.
