“The Next Step” on Display at BSCTC McCall Art Gallery

Big Sandy Community and Technical College's (BSCTC) McCall Art Gallery is showcasing "The Next Step," an exhibit featuring the creative work of artists from the federal penitentiary in Martin County, KY. The exhibit will be on display until April 30.
