BSCTC President Dr. Scott Rule Extends a Warm Welcome to Workforce Plumbing Trainees

Dr. Scott Rule, President of Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC), was delighted to extend a hearty welcome to the students participating in the workforce plumbing training in partnership with Elliot Contracting and Pikeville Medical Center. The collaborative efforts and TRAINS funding have made this invaluable training possible.
