Citizens Bank of Kentucky Collaborates with BSCTC for Communication Training

Citizens Bank of Kentucky, (CBK) is pleased to announce its partnership with Big Sandy Community and Technical College's (BSCTC) Workforce Solutions division to provide communication training to its staff during their annual training session.

The training, facilitated by BSCTC, was described by staff as "eye-opening," "engaging," and "providing valuable communication tips."

Leisha Maynard, President/CEO of CBK, expressed her satisfaction with the training, emphasizing its importance in enhancing communication skills among the bank's staff members.

“The training provided by BSCTC’s Workforce Solutions division on communication at our Employee Training Day was very beneficial in helping our employees communicate with other employees and our customers,” said Leisha Maynard.  “Rachelle was very informative and kept the audience involved with different activities throughout the presentation.  I feel our employees enjoyed the training and would be interested in future training opportunities.  Thanks to Rachelle and BSCTC in helping to make our Employee Training Day a success.”
