BSCTC Welcomes New Dean of Student Services, Jeremy Goodson

Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Goodson as the new Dean of Student Services, effective June 3, 2024.

Goodson brings a wealth of experience and a diverse educational background to BSCTC. He holds a Doctor of Education degree from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pikeville (UPike), and a Bachelor of Science in History from UPike. His career encompasses a blend of education and business, with a strong focus on management and teamwork.

In his new role, Jeremy aims to enhance the student experience at BSCTC and create an enjoyable setting for all students from enrollment to graduation.

BSCTC Interim President Dr. Todd Brand expressed confidence in Jeremy's vision and leadership. "We are excited to welcome Jeremy Goodson to our team. His commitment to student success and his innovative approach to academic support will greatly benefit our college community," said Dr. Brand.
