What is Aerobics?

This class includes a mixture of high and low impact movements that are designed to challenge your heart and lungs, improve your stamina, and kill calories. The class incorporates a 30-35 minute aerobic component which is suitable for people of all fitness abilities. The session kicks off with a 10 minute progressive warm-up and finishes with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. Interesting and varied routines will allow you to switch off the mind and work the body.
