Big Sandy Community and Technical College Art Gallery opens with first Fall Show

Big Sandy Community and Technical College art gallery has opened for the fall with its first show featuring two of its own faculty members.
Tina Ousley and Tim Smith are both faculty members by day and are painters and sculpters by night. Tina is a professor who teaches biology and anatomy and physiology at the college and Tim is an art professor at the college who can be seen with his students drawing outdoors each semester. This show features original and one of a kind oil paintings from both and sculptures from Smith.
“We are excited to have our first show in the gallery for the fall. We are also looking forward to upcoming gallery shows” said Tim Smith
The show will be on display in the Dr. Michael B. and Carolyn S. McCall art gallery until late September. The art gallery is open daily Monday – Friday from 9:00a.m until 4:00p.m. for visitors.
