Welcome to the IT Help Desk

The IT Help Desk provides a single point of contact for our students, faculty, and staff when faced with computer-related questions or problems. Our Help Desk staff provides support on a wide-range of technologies.

The IT Help "pages" exist to provide the BSCTC community with information about technology features and policies, as well as quick resolutions for many common technology problems.

The Office of Information Technology Services is dedicated to providing prompt, courteous and effective service to the campuses of Big Sandy Community and Technical College and our community.
