Narrative:

Legal authority and operating control of Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) policies concerning related and affiliated corporate entities and all auxiliary services rest with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Board of Regents as articulated in the Board of Regents Policy 5.0[1] and other related KCTCS policies [2]. BSCTC has a relationship with the Big Sandy College Educational Foundation, Inc. (Foundation). This relationship is addressed in detail in Comprehensive Standard 3.2.2.4, 3.2.12, and 3.2.13.

BSCTC does not have auxiliary services. Comprehensive Standard 3.4.7 addresses educational programs/courses offered through consortial relationships or contractual agreements.
