What is Criminal Justice?

Students prepare for entry into the field of police work and related occupations including corrections, security, and investigation. Law enforcement has evolved from jobs with minimal requirements to jobs that require complex knowledge and skills. Students study the law as it relates to enforcement, human behavior, government, and communications.
Specialized course work is included in the curriculum.
