17 - Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund 

                 - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade
                 - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit

20   - Martin Luther King Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)

February

12 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund

     17 - President’s Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday)

March

4 - Registration Opens for Summer and Fall 2025 terms

9 – Midterm

- Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit
- Last Day to Withdraw at the Student’s Discretion and Receive a Grade of “W”

10-16 - Spring Break (Academic Holiday)

April

1 - Deadline to apply for Spring 2025 credential.

18   - Good Friday (College Closed 1/2 Day – Academic and Administrative Holiday) 

May

4 - Last day of classes

- Last Day to Withdraw at the Instructor’s discretion and Receive a Grade of “W.” (Student can withdraw from an on-line course up until 11:59 p.m. with instructor’s consent)

5 -11 - Finals Week

13 - All grades must be entered including reporting of last date of attendance for E-grades.

14 - End of term processing completed by KCTCS.
