TO 4:30PM.) August 15 - LAST DAY TO ENTER/ADD/ENROLL IN AN ORGANIZED CLASS FOR 2007 FALL SEMESTER - CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT - Last day to pay registration fees in person and arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. August 17 - Last day to pay registration fees online August 18 - First Day of Classes August 24 - Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit September 1 - Labor Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) September 16 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund October 10 - Midterm - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student's Discretion and Receive a Grade of "W" October 13 - 18 - Fall Break (Academic Holiday) (No BSCTC classes, but all other classes meet as scheduled - KET, Internet, etc.) October 10 - Deadline to apply for a December 2008 Graduation (Applications may be picked up and returned to: Mayo - Connie Sanders; Pikeville - Randy Roberts; Prestonsburg - Jimmy Wright) October 27 - Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from Refund/Repayment November 26- 29 - Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) NOTE: Classes end and offices close on November 26 at 5:00 p.m. December 5 - Last Day to Withdraw at the Discretion of the Instructor and Receive a Grade of "W" (Friday evening/Saturday class withdraws will be accepted Monday, December 8, from 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon) December 5 - Last day for Spring 2009 pre-registered students to pay registration fees in person, online or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc- Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. December 6 - Last Day of Classes December 8 - 13 - Final Exams December 12 - Graduation December 13 - Last Day of 2008 Fall Semester / End of Semester Registration for Spring 2009 will be October 15, 2008 thru November 26.
