Giving

Forsyth Library DedicationBig Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) plays a vital role in strengthening the economy in eastern Kentucky, training the local workforce, and providing access to education that students could otherwise not afford.  We’re cultivating the leaders of tomorrow today by providing access to quality higher education. When you support Big Sandy Community and Technical College, you are making an investment in the future of not only our students but also our region.

You can be a partner with us by giving to:

  • scholarships
  • endowments
  • equipment funds
  • unrestricted funds (applied to where the need is greatest)
  • building funds (including naming opportunities)
  • and faculty and staff development

The satisfaction of giving comes in knowing that you are investing in the lives of our students, thus creating a residual effect that leads to growth in business and workforce development that leads to healthy and strong communities. We value your support and are committed to the success of our students.

Planning and Design - Expansion of the Pikeville Campus

This project will construct a 60,000 gross square foot expansion of the Pikeville Campus of Big Sandy Community and Technical College to provide additional classroom and laboratory space for expanded allied health and technology programming. There is no current room for expansion and acquiring adjoining property is not feasible. The facility will be constructed on existing acreage and will be multi-storied and include a parking structure to replace parking displaced by construction.
