The following forms and documents are provided to assist you with the different processes that may be required prior to the completion of your Financial Aid file. If you are required to complete one or more of the forms listed below you will be notified via your KCTCS student e-mail account. Once completed, forms must be submitted to your local BSCTC Financial Aid Office.
