I.T. StudentInformation Technology provides instruction that focuses on problem solving and communication skills for informational technology professionals involved in computer network environments. The purpose of the Information Technology Program is to prepare students for entry-level positions in computer programming, database administration, electronic commerce, geographic information systems, information security, information support, network administration and/or Web development and administration. 

Where can I work?

Computer support specialists are employed in professional, scientific, and technical services industries, principally computer systems design and related services. Substantial numbers of these workers are also employed in administrative and support services companies, financial institutions, insurance companies, government agencies, educational institutions, software publishers, telecommunications organizations, health care organizations, and management of companies and enterprises.
